BoomBox was designed from the get go with self healing features, but sometimes that is not enough and waiting on Support can be daunting. Therefore, we developed a quick and easy way for BoomBox customers to help themselves.
The BoomBox account repair (a.k.a. 'Panic Button') feature can be initiated in the customer center or in BoomBox itself and will return your configuration settings to the 'last known good' (the last time the services started and ran successfully) and restart your Server and Auto-DJ (if enabled). It is the same process our support technicians use before doing any serious digging and fixes issues 99% of the time. It only makes sense that all customers try this option before contacting support. It'll save you time and frustration.
